We are The Way (της οδου) , Celi-De or Culldees, (Gods Kin) we are a remnant of the Church Primitive, that is before Roman, Orthodox, Gnostic or the modern New Age variations and /or Spiritualist variations of Christianity. Here there is no hierarchy, power, glory, fancy costumes, pageantry or money.
We have wandered from the path at times but always renew when we become aware of our mistakes. Our ability to renew is one of our greatest assets, and biggest complaints of the worldly denominations. Most of our errors have come when we have become entangled with organised denominations. This has never worked out well for us as the denomination burden us with unchristian hierarchical and meaningless rules.
There are others who use the names The Way , Celi-De or Culldees, Some Roman, some Anglican etcetera… The original is none of these things…. We are the Celi-De Primitive, that is we stick to first century version as much as humanly possible. We were first recorded in history in 58 AD in Galatia. We do have office bearers these are responsibility driven, they serve they are not served or paid.
We are not reformers, we tried but that is a lost cause, “let the dead bury the dead”, we no longer cast peals ….
We not protestant either, they are far too close to the Roman religion.
We are not Cathars or Gnostics… although the Romans claimed we were during the inquisitions.
We freely offer our knowledge.
To tell the various groups apart look for the trappings of hierarchy, power, glory, fancy costumes, pageantry or money, this defines them, if there is none consider them of this family. The Celi-De do not bend knee to any man or organization on earth. Our Holy Father provides our daily bread. Jesus the Christ alone is the head of the Church, there is no other and His Holy Father in heaven the only Pope (Latin for Father). Various groups have tried to swallow us up into their organizations, using force, murder, stealth and bribery. We simply fade into the shadows and resurface where they least expect us. We are immune so far from their intrigues.
Many of our brothers and sisters paid the ultimate price throughout the inquisitions and still we exist. Some ask how can you or how did you survive the inquisitions and centuries. This is easy as each and every person who is claimed by Christ is first and foremost a primitive Christian, that is the state of enlightenment, the knowing of Christ, without all the additional man made traditions.
When we are enlightened at new birth, we are given everything God has to offer every good gift and salvation is ours, we then walk into fully realising the fullness of God in out lives. That is why we must return to that first love, to search every truth and seek in prayer fuller understanding of our enlightenment. As we expose every dark corner within our lives at that place, the light shows us Christ has already seen all, and still loves us and the healing grows. This is true enlightenment, to be seen by God. The enlightened soul knows that Christ is king, that all that is of Christ are one, that all the divisions are man made, the true teachings are not learned as much as remembered from the enlightenment. That place we all must return in prayer to learn from the King. We believe in only one Holy Father, His Son Jesus the Christ, and our guide The Holy Spirit.
All embraced by Christ are made in the Holy Fathers image, we are made, Spirit, Soul and Body, within our trinity we see the image of the Father Son and Holy Spirit. As a wise man once said, “we don’t have a soul, we are a soul and we have a body” We are so much more than what you see, much more.
When our spirit is enlightened it can rule body and soul making us whole. Body is the flesh and it basic needs, Soul is US as living beings and the Spirit is our inner parental oversight, the king of our little trinity, or if you like (Body-Infant) – (Soul-Teen) – (Spirit-Adult) hence the inner discussions of what we want and our split desires…
We believe in one Holy Tradition, The Word of God, and as long as there is harmony with the Holy Bible we can learn from some traditions of men. If it is plainly said in scripture it is held to be true, if it is reasoned from the scriptures it is open to discussion it might be true, each community has its preferences while not divine truth it gives colour and variety to the expression of our lives.
In our community there are three levels of belief, His Word, The reasoning’s and Our Preferences. we can discard preferences as the need arises, We can discuss Reasoning’s, they are less important than the least of these your Kin, His Word stands, we bend our knee to our Lord God and King. We believe all in Christ are responsible for this generation of souls, regardless of creed, cast, colour or religion.
We serve the whole man or woman or child, we don’t care if they accept God or not, all who draw breath are our field to labour. ” if we only love those who love us we have had our reward already.” We bless those who hate us and those who love us equally. This is the way of God, this is therefore our way.
We do not recognize any denominations as divine, we may see ” ‘Club Name’ Church”.. the people own their clubs but God owns the Church, there is only one church, all those who are owned by Christ, those who are within eternal life.
The clubs are largely irrelevant to the Faith, except they do provide places to gather. within the clubs some are of God, some are God curious, some superstitious, some just like the pageantry, the costumes and fancy hats… All are welcome. The faithful function far beyond the scope of influence of the religious club houses.
We are not a denomination, if you chose to serve then serve, you don’t need any permission from us, we work within many denominations, within them but not of them, go do the same, We don’t seek members we only keep the flame burning.
If you wish to contribute to the work of God, seek whom you may serve, the widows, the orphans, the poor, the sick, the damaged, the homeless, give of your time, emotions, your wealth, your well being. Be the light of Christ where you are, that is your contribution to the work of God, just your money is not enough.
